  学术组织和学术活动:

从1982年大学毕业至1996年,先后在北京航空材料研究院从事钛合金真空精炼及真空离心铸造研究,长沙矿冶研究院从事湿法冶金工程研究。1992年被聘为高级工程师、课题组长,承担和完成了国家“七五”、“八五”、“九五”重点科技攻关项目三项及国家(特)大型企业委托的项目十多项,取得多项重要科技成果。
1996.10-2000.06期间,先后在英国曼彻斯特大学作访问学者及拉夫堡大学攻读博士学位,从事软磁材料及先进电子功能陶瓷的研究。于2000.8回国后,先后任长沙矿冶研究院研发中心主任,江苏大学特聘教授,江苏大学新材料研究院副院长和长沙矿冶研究院(江苏)先进材料研究所所长,领导的研究小组主要从事纳米材料制备科学与技术、先进电源材料、功能陶瓷与器件、纳米技术与效应、纳米复合材料研究。近五年来发表学术论文100多篇(其中90多篇被SCI、EI收录),申请国家发明专利21项(已授权10项),培养博士后、博士、硕士研究生26名。
