In particular, all the papers received at this conference will be included in the IEEE Xplore database (EI), and selected excellent articles for free recommendation and journal publications in: IEEE Trans. on Automation Science & Engineering, Int. J of Nano manufacturing, IFAC Mechatronics, Int. J of Optomechatronics, J of Micro-Bio Robotics, Journal of Bionic Engineering, Light (Science & Applications), Optics and Precision Engineering, Micromachines, Nanomaterials.

The IEEE 3M-NANO 2019 International Conference received strong support from the IEEE Nanotechnology Council, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, and the SCO University. This session showcased the world's top scientific research in nanomaterials manipulation, production and technology, including classic theories, ingenious material design, major scientific issues addressed in applications, and practical applications. The convening of this conference promoted the exchange of scientists and researchers in nanotechnology and related fields, and strengthened cooperation among countries in the field of nanomaterials manipulation, manufacturing and measurement.

The relevant person host of Jiangsu University stated that “the world’s leading scholars from Denmark and the United States have also conducted research on burning academic issues, educational characteristics, academic systems, personnel training, exchanges and cooperation & collaborations, both at local and international levels. It demonstrates the characteristics and advantages of the disciplines of materials science and engineering in nanometer manipulation, manufacturing and measurement. This international conference expanded the international academic influence of our disciplines and the school, and is one of the academic exchanges of our School of Materials Science and Engineering. The key window is also an important carrier for promoting the implementation of the internationalization strategy. We can promote multi-party academic cooperation and build a good communication platform and Communication Bridge for domestic and foreign scholars.
